Payment Details:

Once you have decided to have us design and/or host your site and we have discussed your requirements, we will send you a Price Quote/Work Order detailing the work to be done and which guarantees that price for a year from the date of the work order. You will need to sign and return the Work Order (keep a copy for your records) along with 1/3 of the total design fee. An additional 1/3 is due at the midway point (half of the agreed upon number of pages) and the remaining 1/3 is due upon completion. During the whole process, you will have access to your site via the Internet and a username and password until it is "released" for public viewing.

For your convenience, we provide an overview of the payment process below:

	You provide information and request a quote.
	We provide price quote based upon your information.
	If agreeable, sign and return the work order with 1/3 of the total payment. We accept checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
	You will be able to review the progress of your site via the Internet. We will password protect it so that it is only available to you until it is "released".
	Once half of the number of agreed upon pages are done, you will be billed for an additional 1/3.
	Once the required number of pages are done and meet your satisfaction, we will remove the password protection from your web site so that it is available for general Internet viewing and we will bill you for the final 1/3.
	At completion of your site, you will receive a web site CD containing a copy of your web site (does not include dynamically generated e-Commerce pages) and graphics and photos used in the formation of your web site.
	Once the site is released via removing the password protection, you will begin to receive your monthly hosting fee as agreed upon in the price quote/work order.
